They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the Enterprise Applications team and oversee the administration and optimization of the business applications ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop the Enterprise Applications team to ensure operational excellence and professional growth
Act as thought leader and manager of modern software development lifecycle
Partner with business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, integrations, and new applications to resolve business challenges
Facilitate training and change management to support user adoption of new technologies and processes
Evangelize core software and technology to the user-base for adoption
Together with the IT Director, define and manage the Enterprise Applications roadmap, prioritizing projects that deliver measurable business value
Serve as primary technical owner for ERP, CRM, Project Management platforms
Ensure proper training and development of Enterprise Applications staff to meet business needs
Own and manage the corporate data model to maintain data integrity in reporting and workflow automations
Design and implement new IT Infrastructure solutions using commercially available hardware and software
Assist in ongoing development, maintenance, and testing of disaster recovery plan for all company sites
Participate with other IT leaders in annual budgeting activities
Ensure compliance with MHI data governance, security, and privacy standards
Work outside normal business hours to minimize system maintenance impacts to userbase
Plan, manage, and software deployment projects
Identify and track Key Performance indicators (KPI’s) for monitoring application health, uptime, and security
Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and system upgrades
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience in Systems Analyst, Developer, or similar role in business environment
3+ years' leadership experience managing applications or business systems team
Demonstrated continued professional growth and development
Hands-on experience with ERP administration and customization
Bachelor's degree in information technology, related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Demonstrated experience in Leadership capacity
Demonstrated experience in crisis management
Demonstrated experience addressing business challenges with automation
Experience working with Epicor Kinetic ERP
Familiarity with integration platforms Workato, MS Power Platform
Familiarity with Microsoft reporting tools SSIS and Fabric (PowerBI)
Experience managing projects using Agile and/or DevOps methodologies
PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or related project management credentials
Experience integrating cloud and on-premises systems using APIs
Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform
