Responsibilities

Service and support for computers (95% Mac)

Respond to troubleshooting, service requests and issues through our ticketing system, Slack, and Video communication tools

Manage and track all IT assets with inventory tracking software

Provide internal IT service and support on Google Suite

Internal Prezi Wiki management and content creation

Provide support and recommendations on best practices for IT maintenance, apps for efficiency, new software & technologies

Implementing and deploying AI-related tools and integrations

Learn how AI can benefit Prezi

Project management to completion
