Human Resources Business Partner
Fahrenheit Advisors is assisting ColonialWebb in their search for a dynamic Talent HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR and talent solutions. This role will serve as the primary HR point of contact, helping leaders build high-performing teams aligned with the company's values.

Responsibilities
Act as a consultant with business leaders to align talent strategies with business goals
Coach, counsel, and engage with managers and frontline supervisors, prioritizing the talent needs of employees through the development of retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives
Foster a 'people first' culture through visibility, feedback, and engagement initiatives to understand the employee perspective through direct and meaningful touchpoints
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement and provide solutions
Lead the end-to-end hiring process, including gathering intake information, posting jobs, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding
Conduct sourcing as needed and partner with the corporate recruiting team for additional recruiting support
Strengthen the company’s employer brand in the market
Collaborate with managers and team members to maintain a positive work environment, boost morale, reduce turnover, and support inclusive and diverse teams through counsel, appropriate conflict resolution, policy guidance, and interactive dialogue
Support onboarding and internal training initiatives
Monitor pay practices for market competitiveness and internal equity; ensure compliance with all state and federal HR regulatory requirements
Collaborate with the enterprise Talent team and other Talent Business Partners to identify trends, share best practices, enhance programs that support company-wide initiatives, and lead specific HR responsibilities on behalf of the enterprise
Qualification
Required
Proven HR experience (not entry level)
Bachelor's degree required; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
Strong knowledge of and proven application of employment laws, employee relations, talent management, and recruiting best practices
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Data-driven, solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment and emotional intelligence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Ability to travel across operating locations as needed
Preferred
SHRM or HRCI certification
