Amazon is seeking a self-driven, highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Office of the VP, Finance Operations. This role will partner with the lead Executive Assistant to continually meet the demands of a Vice President’s office and involves frequent interaction with business and technology leaders.

Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars and scheduling with teams in across the globe (multiple locations and time zones)
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow-up on action items
Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
Coordinate global schedules and seamless meeting logistics, for internal and external meetings, staff meeting agendas, All Teams, off-sites, etc
Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Document writing, editing, and readiness
Ensure accurate archiving of departmental data on appropriate sites
Expense reimbursement including report coordination, submission and issue tracking
Have fun and help others do the same

Required

5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred

Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience leading process improvements
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
