Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers and analysts focused on delivering results and innovation
Own the P&L for deposit, debit, and credit card portfolios—driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Develop and execute pricing and product strategies that enhance acquisition, retention, and deepening across customer segments
Collaborate with partners in marketing, analytics, finance, and digital to implement impactful initiatives and new value propositions
Leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions and present clear, compelling recommendations to senior leadership
Champion a culture of continuous improvement—adopting new methodologies, technologies, and customer-centric practices
Manage vendor relationships to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data, Engineering, or related field
8+ years in product management, pricing strategy, or card program leadership
5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams
5+ years in data-driven decision making or strategic planning

Preferred

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline
5+ years in financial services or banking
5+ years with direct P&L or financial planning responsibility
