Responsibilities
Lead or co-lead jury trials from voir dire through verdict
Develop safety rules, themes, and story structure with trial teams and consultants
Conduct focus groups and mock trials to refine narratives and frame issues
Cross-examine corporate representatives and expert witnesses
Take and defend high-value depositions with precision and purpose
Oversee trial-day operations: witness prep, exhibit management, jury monitoring
Mentor rising litigators and trial lawyers on the art and science of persuasion in trial depositions and in front of juries
Contribute to case strategy and national MDL bellwether development
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership
Minimum six years of litigation experience with multiple jury trials tried to verdict
Exceptional storytelling and advocacy skills—authentic, fearless, and persuasive
Ability to manage teams under pressure and perform in high-stakes settings

Preferred
Significant experience in product-liability, mass-tort, catastrophic-injury, or similar plaintiff work strongly preferred but more limited plaintiff experience combined with experience in trying cases as a prosecutor or public defender considered
