Staffing Coordinator

AP Dodson Construction Group is a company that provides logistics management and recruiting support through its ResponsAble Safety Staffing team. The Staffing Coordinator will support recruiting efforts, coordinate logistics for field staff, and ensure accurate reporting of project performance.

Responsibilities

Support recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening and making recommendations for candidate selections
Provide logistical support for the mobilization of field staff for jobs
Support the coordination travel plans such as flights, ground transportation and hotels for field employees
Communicate with employees regarding job details (eg. start and stop dates, specific locations, access requirements)
Coordinate and ensure employees complete proper training and obtain certifications necessary for their jobs (eg. Required Safety Council courses)
Review field employee timecards for accuracy to ensure accurate payroll
Compile data and support the preparation of reports to clients regarding project performance
