Responsibilities
Prospect and engage new clients through calls, emails, and in-person visits
Meet clients on job sites to understand project needs and create tailored solutions
Conduct needs analyses to showcase the value of our services
Address client concerns and close sales in a consultative, non-aggressive manner
Manage relationships throughout the entire sales process and beyond
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation
Maintain all client interactions and activity in the CRM system
Support marketing efforts — including events and email campaigns
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of B2B sales experience (finding, qualifying, and closing new business)
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Excellent time and territory management abilities
Enjoy travel — regular client visits and occasional overnight stays required
Self-motivated and results-driven with a customer-first attitude
