Responsibilities
Ensure the timely and thorough Screening and Enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS within prescribed timelines
They work collaboratively with all members of the Integrated Team to ensure efficient and effective services
Oversee the facilitation of the Quality Improvement Process and the development and implementation of Business Plans in collaboration with the Integrated Teams
Develop and implement a strategic plan identifying specific evidence-based practices, state of the art services and clinical goals and objectives for each division to enhance services
Qualification
Required
Master's degree and Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADAC I), required
Two years experience in Human Services management, required
Leadership skills, time-management, and effective verbal and written communication skills, required
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record, required
