Responsibilities
Propose, define, and lead end-to-end strategic initiatives (like new product commercialization) that you identify to drive long-term business impact
Drive key business planning, from sales productivity planning to forecasting during bi-annual cycles to support sales team target setting
Oversee the scoping and implementation of new AI tools across all Enterprise segments
Lead and support building data-driven business cases for new initiatives
Manage and coordinate key business cadences, including managing OKRs and running business reviews
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or as a general manager, ideally at a fast-paced tech company
Highly analytical, with proficiency in modeling in Google Sheets and comfortable pulling data in SQL
Self-starter with a proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in an ambiguous environment
Excel at driving stakeholder alignment, managing executive-facing communication, and translating strategy into action
Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities
