They are seeking an Associate / Manager in Corporate Development to support strategic growth initiatives, including partnerships, M&A, and market expansion, while driving high impact projects and conducting market research.

Responsibilities

Support the commercial analysis of strategic growth initiatives and build business cases by partnering with sales, marketing, product, portfolio management, operations, and finance (eg. product big bets, geographic expansion)

Drive cross-functional, high impact projects

Conduct strategic market research and track competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks

Contribute to shaping Chrono24’s overall strategic direction over a 3+ year horizon

Help evaluate partnership and M&A opportunities aligned with our strategic goals as well as support post deal implementation

Support continuous review of organizational structures to foster scalability and growth

Prepare materials for the Board of Director meetings, executive team, and strategy offsites

Required

1.5+ management / strategy consulting or 2+ years of experience in a role within corporate development, project management, investment banking, investing or similar analytical and strategic role

Curiosity towards marketplace business models and the workings of the luxury watch industry

Structured, solution-orientated way of working, taking on ownership of key projects

Strong analytical skills, confident handling of commercial data to drive strategic recommendations

Proficient using Microsoft's suite (in particular PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

Very good command of the English language
