Responsibilities
Join a cross-functional team to tackle a real business challenge and present your ideas to senior leadership
Build meaningful connections across EA’s global PE organization
Partner with business teams on live projects, honing your project management and problem-solving skills
Use workforce data to uncover trends and drive decisions around engagement, equity, and retention
Where possible contribute to one or more of our ongoing PE programs, such as goal planning, performance management, talent planning, or compensation cycles
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Passionate about creating meaningful, people-first workplace experiences
Adaptable, curious, and energized by challenge and change
A strong communicator with an analytical mindset and a bias for action
Eager to build a career in People Experience and make an impact from day one
