Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts is required
Trial experience is preferred but not required
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in General Liability Litigation
Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
Strong academic background
Proven skills in research
Self-starter who can handle assignments with minimal supervision
Experience briefing and arguing motions
Experience taking and defending depositions
Experience leading written discovery efforts
Licensed and admitted to practice in Georgia
