Client Care Associate
FOREVER is a leading digitization service for old videotapes, film reels, and photos. The Client Care Associate will provide exceptional support to clients through various communication channels while assisting with product inquiries and technical issues.

Responsibilities
Providing a concierge level of service as you guide clients through our products and services
Delivering exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, assisting with everything from routine questions to more complex software and service issues
Accurately documenting client interactions (using Zendesk or similar tools)
Offering expert assistance across our complete memory-keeping platform—including web, mobile (Android/iOS), and desktop applications (Artisan® and Historian™)
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience
Contributing to usability testing for web, mobile, and desktop platforms to help improve our tools and services
Qualification
Required
Client-facing experience (phone, email, chat, or social media) in a tech environment
Solid understanding of computer and smartphone technologies
Positive, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Adaptable, proactive, and dedicated to delivering outstanding client support
Preferred
Background in IT troubleshooting
