Responsibilities

Assists the Vice President for Finance & Administration/CFO with calendar, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and serves as the primary point of contact for office
Assists the Vice President for Finance & Administration/CFO with preparation, review, and editing correspondence, reports, and presentation
Maintains accurate and organized files, both physical and electronic, including confidential financial and legal documents
Organizes, plans, and prioritizes work to meet specific goals
Assists with any office administrative needs including, but not limited to; written correspondence, printing and copying forms, and sending out communications
Prepares timely requisitions for supplies, equipment, and other items
Provides high-level administrative and project support to the VP for Finance & Administration/CFO
Assists with planning and execution of special projects and strategic initiatives
Acts as a communication link between the Vice President for Finance & Administration/CFO, other departments, external partners, and other stakeholders

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent w/15 years of proven experience or Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent w/5 years of proven experience
Prefer 5 years of proven experience (w/Bachelor's degree) or 15 years of proven experience (w/High School Diploma) in a professional administrative role with a preference in finance or professional services environment
Organization skills
Strong time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for financial data and presentations
Must possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Must possess discretion and integrity
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Must be able and willing to travel and provide recruitment assistance to external campuses
Must be able to operate a licensed motor vehicle, have access to a dependable motor vehicle, and possess a valid state driver's license
Must have and maintain a satisfactory driver's record
