Responsibilities
Lead project teams and coordinate environmental assessments, data analysis, and remediation projects
Report preparation, including investigation plans, remediation plans, and reports
Preparation of scopes of work and cost estimates
Provide oversight of junior personnel for professional mentorship and safety
Business development and growth of our regional practices include meeting with clients, attending conferences, and participating in regional trade organizations
Qualification
Required
Has a minimum of 10 years of relevant investigation, remediation, and project management experience
Expertise in project management
Proven track record of business development, including pursuing new clients, contracting new work, and networking with environmental professionals within California
Licensed as a California P.G. or P.E.; other certifications will be considered
Knows how to navigate complex environmental programs and projects (including scope, schedule, and budget)
Expertise in a variety of environmental programs (RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA)
Regulatory expertise based on working directly with the DTSC and RWQCB on assessment and remediation projects
Approaches challenges proactively with a problem-solving mindset
Produces the highest quality deliverables and effectively communicates results/objectives/strategies
Enjoys developing strong client relations
Is interested in hiring, mentoring and managing technical staff
