Responsibilities

Input and management of multiple inspection requests with supporting documentation into Inertia inspection tracking software

Continual interaction and communication with inspection agencies with respect to inspection requests and documentation

Continual interaction and communication with project staff with respect to inspection requests and documentation

Input of internal document management within various software systems

Assist Quality Control staff with management of daily reports for distribution to project team inspectors

Report directly to quality control managers of any document control related issues

Review and track and distribute third party/special inspector reports

Assist QC Manager with weekly QC meetings to ensure project compliance. Create and distribute the agenda and take meeting minutes for distribution to project members

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Construction administrative experience with strong communication skills

Driver's License

Computer software skills including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, Inertia Systems, AutoDesk, ProjectSight, Bluebeam and StruxHub

Critical thinker with ability to multitask

Ability to read and understand third party inspector reports

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize
