Responsibilities
Handle complex and confidential situations while providing exceptional customer service to students, families, and campus partners
Have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Support financial aid and student employment functions such as loan and payroll processing
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and experience typically acquired by a High school diploma/GED and 5+ years of administrative experience OR a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including word processing, editing and graphics functions, spreadsheet, and database knowledge
Bookkeeping or basic accounting knowledge and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience in financial aid, student services, or college access programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Proven ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
