Responsibilities
Source Creatively: Identify and engage exceptional technical and non-technical talent across both traditional and unconventional channels
Craft Outreach: Write thoughtful, personalized messages that resonate with top-tier builders and operators
Generate Pipeline: Own top-of-funnel activity, ensuring recruiters and hiring managers have a steady stream of high-caliber leads
Run Experiments: Test new sourcing strategies, measure results, and scale what drives success
Stay Ahead: Track where elite talent spends their time and anticipate emerging hiring trends
Qualification
Required
Proven track record sourcing or recruiting for pre-Series B startups (YC-backed preferred)
Operates autonomously, moves fast, and unblocks themselves without waiting for direction
Assesses candidates by what they've built and achieved, not by titles or pedigree
Entrepreneurial or founder experience strongly preferred; thinks and acts like an owner
Thrives in ambiguity, iterates quickly, and owns outcomes end-to-end
Preferred
Experience sourcing for AI, healthcare, or deep tech companies
Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Juicebox, Pin, Metaview, or Lemlist
Exposure to early-stage recruiting systems or scaling recruiting ops
