Responsibilities
Strategize and iterate with founders on best strategies to build awareness of our company and product
Brainstorm and create social posts for virality (posts can range from data graphs to unique business insights to stories about the business, etc)
Design growth experiments by building lead magnets and pages to test new products and ICPs
Build and launch social media strats (commenting) and campaigns - we want to be everywhere, all the time
Establish partnerships for further distribution
Build and launch related mini-products
Qualification
Required
Social media savvy - you know what it takes to go viral
Strong writer
Good design eye - you know what looks good
Content machine
A true grinder - we work very hard
Tenacious - make sure we're showing everywhere
Systems thinker - we want to use leverage to replicate what works
Preferred
Built and grown a social following (10k+ on LinkedIn + Twitter)
Launched side projects or products that found traction
Familiarity with SEO, distribution loops, or growth automation
Active in online communities (Reddit, Discord, Hacker News, Product Hunt)
