Responsibilities

Operates multiple-position telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls

Performs miscellaneous hospital Telecommunications and clerical duties as needed

Monitors all hospital alarms, performs code paging, and provides patient information

Consistently delivers exceptional service to all callers

Qualification

Customer service experienceBasic computer knowledgeWritten communicationVerbal communicationWork under pressure

Required

High School Diploma, Certificate of attendance, GED, or Experience

Must have a minimum of one year customer service experience and basic computer knowledge

Good command of written and verbal communication

Ability to work well under pressure
