Impact Fees and Special Assessments Project Manager
Benesch is a growing, multi-disciplined planning, engineering, and professional services firm. They are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Impact Fees and Special Assessments Project Manager to prepare impact fee studies, present findings to agency staff and policy leaders, and manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities
Prepare or oversee the preparation of technical analysis in the areas of impact fees, special assessments, infrastructure planning, and funding studies
Assist with quality control and assurance
Prepare project scopes of services and fee estimates
Prepare or review written summaries of analyses, including creating graphs, charts and tables
Lead client meetings and present study methodology and findings to elected officials
Prepare presentation materials for client meetings
Assist in the development of marketing materials, including project proposals
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in economics, finance, engineering, planning, public administration, geography, or related area
10+ years of relevant work experience
Strong analytical/qualitative skills
Ability to interpret related data
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentations to the elected officials, stakeholders, and the general public
Project management experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated technical and legal proficiency in impact fees
Public Finance
Economic/demographic analysis/projections
Preferred
Certified Planner (AICP) license
