Responsibilities

Lead large, complex tax engagements across investment funds, private equity, private credit, broker-dealers, and other asset management
Deliver strategic tax consulting focused on transaction analysis, financial products, tax modeling, and partnership structuring
Review and sign off on advanced compliance deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with regulatory updates
Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting growth through cross-selling and new engagement opportunities
Mentor, supervise, and develop team members at all levels, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment
Partner with leaders across service lines to deliver integrated tax solutions and contribute to firmwide initiatives

Required

Bachelor's in Accounting
CPA required
8–12 years of tax experience, with deep exposure to capital markets and financial products
Expertise in partnership flow-through taxation and complex allocation methodologies
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage large engagements, and provide technical guidance
Strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills
A track record of supporting growth, innovation, and exceptional client service

Preferred

Master's or advanced tax degree
