Responsibilities
Build and mature a scalable Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) program, establishing clear goals, strategies to achieve them, and roadmaps for continuous improvement
Lead the end-to-end execution of the TVM program, ensuring effective identification, prioritization, and remediation of vulnerabilities across the organization
Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering and security teams to integrate patching best practices into all layers of the Roblox tech stack
Develop and implement metrics and reporting mechanisms to track program effectiveness and communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels
Qualification
Required
Experience running a technical security program (4-6 years of experience)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Technical experience in vulnerability management, including understanding of scan technologies, patching techniques, and common challenges of implementing the remediations
Understanding of the technical challenges of implementing TVM remediations, e.g. stateful service patching, third-party libraries, etc
Outstanding communication skills, you're able to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences from engineers to executives
Experienced with delivering end to end technical programs: including developing goals, strategies, metrics, processes, roadmaps, and guiding execution
Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to work effectively in a cross-team, cross-functional environment. You are able to influence others without authority
Ambitious and driven to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and security innovations
Data driven – you use data to discover and evaluate problems, and use metrics to measure and communicate success
