Senior Financial Analyst
European Wax Center is the largest and fastest-growing franchisor and operator of out-of-home body waxing services in the United States. The Senior Financial Analyst will support the analysis of various operational and financial objectives, perform financial modeling, and provide insights to help achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, analysis, and business performance across the organization
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning (LRP), including cash flow and balance sheet management
Analyze financial results, explain variances, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
Conduct complex business modeling and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency
Prepare and deliver clear, concise financial reporting and presentations to stakeholders at all levels
Manage ad-hoc analysis and reporting using diverse data sources and tools, including advanced Excel functions and BI platforms
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of full P&L, including revenue, costs, and profitability
Solid foundation in corporate finance, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Skilled in translating complex financial data into clear insights for multiple audiences
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
Proficient in Excel (including formulas and macros) and financial reporting tools/BI systems
Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience constructing, maintaining, and analyzing datasets to support financial reporting and decision-making
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization and reporting
Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet demanding deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant finance experience, including financial analysis, forecasting, or reporting
SQL and BI experience, including data construction, maintenance, and visualization
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and PBCS
