They are seeking a talented and driven Supplier Manager to lead supply chain efforts in sourcing and managing relationships with suppliers, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential local suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities, with emphasis on service and hardware vendors
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure collaboration and support
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure competitive rates and favorable terms
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, including quality metrics, delivery timelines, and cost management
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to suppliers to foster continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with product development, innovation, and project teams to align supplier capabilities with product requirements
Ensure that suppliers adhere to industry standards and regulations regarding quality and safety
Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary
Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments to identify opportunities for improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in supplier management or purchasing within the warehouse automation industry, especially hardware
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or certification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the autonomous mobile robot industry is a plus
Knowledge with quality assurance standards and practices (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage
