Responsibilities
This is a 10-week hands-on position that involves performing research, conducting experiments and gathering data in a production environment
Required to develop proficiency in identifying inefficiencies, presenting findings and justifying recommendations in a data-focused manner toward all levels of leadership to drive improvement
There is opportunity to study complex production processes, recommend improvements utilizing the Boise Improvement Cycle and gain exposure to multiple departments

Required
Basic math and data analysis skills
Will be required to present findings at the end of internship
