Customer Service Representative /Handyman for Storage/Parking/Property Management Facility
Liberty Harbor is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Handyman to join their team at Storage/Parking/Property Management Facilities. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, managing accounts, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
Rent units & increase occupancy
Manage accounts receivable & process payments
Deliver excellent customer service to new & existing customers
Maintain a clean and organized facility
Explain lease agreements clearly to customers
Handle daily paperwork, deposits, and filing
Update spreadsheets, data entry, and business files
Occasionally lift & pack boxes (up to 35 lbs)
Assist with minor maintenance/handyman tasks
Respond to emergency situations
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Customer Service
3+ years in Sales
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong communication in fluent English
Proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft Word, & Excel
Excellent customer service & sales abilities
Must have Valid Driver's License
Must be available weekends & holidays
