Responsibilities
Manage precast engineering projects from initial design through completion
Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications aligned with ACI 318, ASCE 7, and IBC codes
Oversee design and project management for sound walls and utility buildings
Lead project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and QA/QC processes
Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
Mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil Engineering
5+ years in precast concrete design and project management
Expertise in sound walls and utility building design
Familiarity with ACI 318, ASCE 7, and IBC codes
Proficiency in AutoCAD & RISA 3D
Strong client relationship and business development skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Civil Engineering
PE license (or ability to obtain)
