Responsibilities

Support Global Product Compliance program ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental compliance into all operational processes and projects
Communicate compliance requests and develop solid relationships with suppliers
Assist in managing global product compliance in corporate database
Assist in monitoring, promotion and education of product compliance requirements to business stakeholders
Responsible for tracking status of projects and communicating to management

Required

Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance related role
3+ years knowledge of global regulations such as EU RoHS, EU REACH, WEEE, Prop 65, EPR, PFAS, PPWR, etc
Experience facilitating Lifecycle Management (LCM)
Familiar with SAP and EHSM (SAP Product and REACH Compliance) systems
Familiar with quality management systems (i.e. ISO 13485) and their associated compliance requirements
Excellent skills in using computer software and hardware applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (engineering, biology, chemistry, regulatory, sustainability or related discipline preferred)
Experience with advanced supplier quality programs, audits, and remediation efforts in alignment with ISO 13485, MDR, and MDSAP standards for medical devices
Experience working with internal IT teams on database enhancement projects: requirements and user acceptance testing
Experience with project management methodologies and tools (i.e. Power BI, JIRA)
