Work closely with the founders, translating cutting-edge AI advances into innovative, intuitive products poised to disrupt major incumbents in the finance workflow

Required

Have created high-performance and polished web applications end-to-end

Are an expert in the latest frontend technologies – TypeScript, React, Tailwind, NextJS

Can make non-trivial changes to backend microservices (say in NodeJS or python), and design new ones as needed to implement features end-to-end

Are an expert in at least one statically-typed language, have a strong bias for type-safety, and can decide the best programming language for a task considering trade-offs (velocity, scalability, maintainability)

Are experienced in deploying services (docker, kubernetes) to GCP, AWS, Azure

Are not hesitant to rewrite existing systems when it makes sense

Use AI to augment yourself, but you also augment AI (thoroughly review AI-code, catch its bugs, and call-out poor design)

Are invigorated by high-performing peers and doing high-quality work
