Partner with the marketing leadership team to oversee the execution of complex consumer and shopper marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are on track and aligned with key objectives
Establish and maintain a clear roadmap of critical milestones, proactively identifying risks and removing roadblocks to ensure timely project completion
Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables
Tackle challenges with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, stepping in where needed to resolve both strategic and operational issues
Roll up your sleeves to execute operational tasks, from managing project logistics to refining existing workflows, with a focus on driving results
Streamline and optimize processes to ensure scalability and efficiency as the team and campaigns evolve
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
7+ years managing marketing operations
Expertise in Google Suite
Preferred
Familiarity with Monday.com
