Entry, Mid LevelZolman Restoration is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. The Project Engineer will ensure reconstruction projects move efficiently from contract to closeout by managing administrative, scheduling, and documentation functions in alignment with company standards.

Responsibilities
Ensure all assigned projects are accurately updated in DASH with current notes, status updates, and milestones
Building permits are applied for and obtained in a timely manner to avoid delays in project start dates
Trade Partner contracts and change orders are drafted, issued, and fully executed with accuracy and completeness
Customer material selections are documented, signed off by the customer
Project Managers are able to focus on field operations and customer communication due to effective PE administrative support
All project documentation required for billing and closeout is accurate, complete, and submitted promptly
Project schedules and tasks are coordinated efficiently between suppliers, trade partners, and customers
Information flow between departments (Estimating, Project Management, Accounting) is timely, organized, and professional
Zero preventable project delays or compliance issues occur due to administrative oversight
Internal and external stakeholders consistently provide positive feedback regarding communication and responsiveness
Qualification
Required
Technologically proficient with MS Office, DASH, Vista
Strong Communicator; both verbally and written
Highly organized and detail oriented with strong follow through
