Responsibilities
Provide analytical support to enhance operational efficiency across three key areas: headcount planning, stockroom optimization, and tooling management
Leverage data-driven insights to improve workforce allocation, streamline inventory processes, and ensure effective utilization and availability of tools
Enable informed decision-making, reduce operational bottlenecks, and support strategic resource planning
Qualification
Required
Working towards a Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Active 3rd or 4th year Engineering technical program student at accredited university with 3.5 or greater GPA. (Transcript submission required)
Should possess good communication skills, ability to create PowerPoint presentations and complex formula Excel spreadsheets with lookup tables
Should have strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret and report out on technical data
Needs to have a valid U.S. drivers license and vehicle. Will be required to pass background investigation
