Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts in the Trading & Surveillance segment
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and relationship management
Identify and execute simple upsell opportunities to expand account value
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on client objectives and deliverables
Participate in training and mentoring sessions to accelerate ramp-up and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in capital markets, preferably in US equities, options, fintech, or software sales
Proven success in client-facing roles with strong relationship management skills
Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry
Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration
Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce
