Responsibilities
Perform advanced technical tasks and diagnostics to ensure optimal system performance
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
Maintain and repair equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
Document technical processes, findings, and resolutions accurately
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and implement solutions
Provide technical support and training to junior technicians as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a similar technical role, preferably at a senior level
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent knowledge of technical systems, tools, and equipment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred
Relevant certifications or technical training is a plus
