Responsibilities

Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community

Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement

Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress

Qualification

Required

A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area preferred)

Comfort working with children

The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds)

Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families

Reliable transportation

Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area
