Responsibilities
Contract Execution & Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, subcontracts, and other essential business agreements, from initial drafting and negotiation to final execution and renewal
Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all contracts align with company policies and regulatory requirements, minimizing risks and maintaining organizational integrity
Project Coordination: Manage multiple contracts simultaneously while fielding requests from managers and executives, adapting to shifting priorities with ease
Document Control & Organization: Maintain detailed records, track contract deadlines, and update databases with precision to ensure seamless retrieval and reporting
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned
Qualification
Required
A business degree/certificate or equivalent is beneficial
Paralegal experience or a background in contract administration is highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and Adobe applications is essential
Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for accuracy and can spot inconsistencies in contracts and legal documents
Time Management Mastery: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners
