Expertise in designing and carrying out cellular and whole animal electrophysiology experiments involving optical mapping with voltage sensitive dyes, isolating ventricular myocytes from murine models for use in whole-cell patch clamp studies and calcium transient recordings and in vivo mouse cardiac electrical studies using programmed electrical stimulation
