Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have Arkansas HPBL, or the ability to obtain
Skilled knowledge of plumbing, electricity, construction (carpentry), pneumatics and HVAC equipment and systems
Ability to read and interpret blue prints
Ability to communicate (oral and written)
Ability to lift heavy objects
Ability to assume rotating shifts after initial orientation period
Ability to take oral and written instruction
Self-starter
Ability to perform all phases of general maintenance work (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
