Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for complex initiatives within the private credit domain
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and operations teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
Write and execute SQL queries to analyze datasets, validate business requirements, and support decision-making
Act as a subject matter expert for private credit products, workflows, and processes, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy
Support testing and validation efforts by creating test plans, executing test cases, and tracking defects
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communications across technical and business teams
Produce clear documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and data mappings
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system functionality

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
7–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong technical and analytical skills
Solid understanding of private credit instruments, structures, and industry practices
Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Proven ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning) is a plus
