Responsibilities
Lead the Sales Team: Manage and inspire the new car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
Inventory Management: Oversee and optimize new car inventory, ensuring an excellent selection for customers
Customer Experience: Deliver a luxury sales experience that exceeds customer expectations, fostering relationships and long-term loyalty
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to maximize performance and profitability
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, service, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences
Training & Development: Mentor, coach, and train sales team members to excel in their roles and grow within the company
Qualification
Required
Proven track record as a New Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry
Ability to lead, inspire, and hold a team accountable to achieve goals
Strong understanding of Mercedes-Benz customers with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for Mercedes-Benz vehicles
Preferred
Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred
