Responsibilities
Perform water damage restoration, mold remediation, cleanup
Communicate with customers on site to explain findings, services, and recommendations
Assist with preparing or reviewing job estimates and help close approved work
Clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure safety and prevent further damage
Use power tools and hand tools to remove damaged materials and prepare surfaces for restoration
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear during restoration projects
Document work performed and maintain accurate records of materials used
Maintain detailed and accurate job records, including photos and material logs
Coordinate with the office and dispatch team for job scheduling and updates
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, restoration, and customer service
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Confidence in presenting services and closing the job
Self motivated and organized
Valid driver's license with clean record
