Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of multiple salons independently
Provide functional expertise and execute functional responsibilities
Set goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and model teamwork
Provide employees with coaching, feedback, developmental opportunities and build effective teams
Utilize and demonstrate effective leadership principles and practices to create an environment where employees are valued and respected
Lead by example and follow sales process to fully execute each step and ensure extraordinary customer experiences
Qualification
Required
Progressively responsible in retail (1-2 years)
Managing teams through leadership and coaching (8-10 years)
Multi-unit and retail management experience required (8-10 years)
Salon management experience is a plus
This position does require a COVID-19 vaccination
