Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate examinations and reviews conducted by regulatory agencies and third parties (including platform investors and other oversight entities), ensuring effective communication, timely responses, and seamless execution across all stages of the exam lifecycle
Serve as the primary contact and company liaison for third party audits, including reviews/exams from regulators, platform investors, facility providers, and issuing banks
Facilitate exam logistics including document requests, examiner access, meetings, and onsite coordination
Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders to define and rationalize exam scope, manage the collection and tracking of requests and inquiries, and review materials for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Ensure the timely escalation and resolution of potential issues; and identify areas of risk or opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement repeatable processes to streamline the information collection and distribution process
Partner closely with the VP of Regulatory Relations and other senior stakeholders to maintain strong relationships with examiners and third parties and proactively manage supervisory expectations
Drive continuous improvement in the Examination framework, metrics, and reporting to strengthen enterprise assurance
Support development of dashboards, reporting, and metrics for senior leadership and committee reporting
Own and oversee the Regulatory Change Management (RCM) process to make sure that regulatory changes are identified, assessed, and implemented in a timely and controlled manner
Lead and project manage the end-to-end regulatory change management process, including intake, impact assessment, due diligence, implementation planning, and tracking of deliverables across Compliance, Legal, and business partners to ensure timely and effective execution
Build, develop and maintain strong business relationships with business, technology compliance partners, and third parties
Collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence decision-making, translate complex regulatory developments into actionable business requirements, and proactively assess project progress to identify gaps, resolve obstacles, and ensure alignment with the firm’s regulatory change management process
Maintain and enhance the system of record for regulatory changes, ensuring data integrity and traceability
Drive continuous improvement in the RCM framework, metrics, and reporting to strengthen enterprise assurance
Support development of dashboards, reporting, and metrics for senior leadership and committee reporting
Identify and implement enhancements to regulatory engagement and change management processes to align with evolving expectations
Develop and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and training materials
Contribute to enterprise regulatory readiness initiatives, including mock exams, post-exam reviews, and lessons-learned sessions

Required

6+ years of audit, compliance, or regulatory exam management experience at a bank or financial institution required
bachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent work experience
Advanced communication skills (written and verbal), highly organized and detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across the enterprise and with outside partners
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to improve, automate and/or streamline processes
Comfortable with a 'hands-on' approach and balancing multiple, competing priorities in an ever-changing environment; must feel comfortable holding stakeholders accountable for meeting deadlines
Must be a self-starter and comfortable working independently
Proficient knowledge and experience in Project management

Preferred

Experience leveraging Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools, a plus
