Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive performance for the Fulfillment Services business
Deliver real-time financial insights, reports, and recommendations that influence decision-making at all levels
Simplify and scale finance processes, leveraging systems, automation, and data to improve efficiency
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across operations, business development, and customer teams
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within high-growth or ecommerce-driven businesses
Deep FP&A expertise with a proven ability to manage large-scale data and financial systems (SQL, Excel, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and scaling early-stage processes
Strong communication and influencing skills to partner with executives and guide strategic decisions
Track record of thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic and hands-on execution
