Paralegal
Packsize is an automation company that enables more efficient and sustainable packaging process flows. The Paralegal will support the Legal team by assisting with the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining a variety of agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and other business-related documents
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, IT, HR) to ensure contracts align with business objectives and risk tolerance
Maintain and improve contract templates and playbooks in coordination with Legal leadership
Manage contract workflows and approvals using the company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) system
Track key contract terms, obligations, and renewal dates; ensure timely follow-up and compliance
Support Legal and business teams in resolving contract-related issues and disputes
Assist in developing and delivering training to business teams on contract processes and policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3–5 years of experience in contract management
Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Paralegal certification is a plus but not required
Experience in contract management, preferably in an in-house setting
Experience with CLM systems and contract databases
