Responsibilities

We are seeking a mid-level associate with at least 3 years of experience with (i) mergers & acquisitions and general corporate representation, and/or (ii) public company reporting and compliance, capital markets and corporate governance
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial team while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level
