State Farm Agent is a growing agency dedicated to helping people manage the risks of everyday life. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, meeting business production goals, and providing quality customer service through training and support.

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
Create relationships and handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
Ask customers for referrals and explain our referral program
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Maintain knowledge of new products
Qualification
Required
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Ability to answer prospective clients' questions efficiently and effectively
Detail oriented and able to multitask
Proactive in problem solving
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Preferred
Bilingual - Spanish preferred
