Responsibilities

Play the role of subject matter expert and operating resource for the implementation of the Oracle ERP Cloud platform at a global, regional, and local level

Aid in the implementation, process improvements, enhancements, support, and other tasks that lead to a more effective and efficient organization

Working primarily on Oracle Cloud solutions for clients

Business Process Controls, Customer and Vendor Relationship Management, Account Growth, Presales, Global Delivery & Audit, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Project Planning

Communicate with various organizational levels effectively, from staff members to executives

Documentation and review of Consulting & Professional Services related to RFP/RFI's, SOW, MSA, etc

Required

15+ Years of work experience

Strong experience in Business Process Re-engineering, ERP or Oracle Consulting, Solution Design, Implementation and Support, Project and Risk Management, IT Management, Leadership, and Shared Services

Experience in an onshore-offshore model

Business Analysis and Intelligence, Budgeting and Forecasting, Information Security, Governance, Business Process controls, Customer and Vendor relationship Management, Account Growth, Presales, Global Delivery & Audit

Ability to communicate with various organizational levels effectively, from staff members to executives

12+ years of ERP experience with ERP project management experience with a strong focus on Financials implementations

5+ years' experience as a hands-on Project Manager on implementation projects

At least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud project as a Project Manager

Experience managing fixed-scope, fixed-price, full-life-cycle implementation projects for Public Sector agencies

Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with C-level clients, staff, technical staff, and application users

University degree in business, computer science, or equivalent

Active PMP Certification
